Just under 144 Glorious Agricultural Acres within 40 minutes of Whitehorse. Fox Creek flows through this property. Lovely area closer to highway, developed with approx 400 Haskap bushes and approx 350 Saskatoon bushes. There are 3 separate field/pasture areas. Field areas have been mowed down but would require some disking and seeding for optimum yield. Access from highway is shared with neighboring 15 acre parcel to the north - would then would have to be developed on property depending on locations one wants for future development. Must be walked to be fully appreciated. Great views. Just waiting for the right farmer to come along. (id:41202)
